Where Lowestoft ends Oulton Broad begins is difficult to define ... but there is a very long circular Suffolk walk (70 miles) which takes you through Oulton Broad to Beccles (almost 10 miles) - much more achievable - but not for a quick evening walk! One day we will provide information about that walk, meanwhile, look here for further information.

I did take a few pictures during an evening walk in Oulton just the other night .....

9 Sept 04 - Oulton Broad

Lovely scenery and a great view of the broad - in daylight that is. The next couple of pictures also show the lovely skies and were taken (as the clock shows) at 7 minutes past 7 in the evening.

This next picture of the broads is where the speed boat racing usually takes place on a Thursday night during the summer season. Nice and quiet now though.
