Saw a council worker today ... not only did the uniform give it away, but the chap (whilst waiting at a crossing, had his hands in his pockets ..... *grin* No further comment

Essex & Suffolk Water Bills ..... Rip Off Suffolk
I've just paid my annual water bill .... as no doubt have many of you - but ... do you know this bill has been increased ... and do you know by how much????
No ... neither did I until I went to file the bill
Last year the Annual charge was: £80.29
This year the Annual charge is: £90.50
An increase of over £10 ............... in a year .... cost of inflation? what???
According to the water company in question its been through Ofwat who agreed to this HUGE price increase and it is therefore OK to raise the price in this amazing manner ......
Just because those companies are mis-managaged - we have to foot their bill !!!!
