Do we have a right to complain about ineffectual policing - or non existant policing in this area?
Are parks allowed to be so close to residential areas? Perhaps the Rospa website will enlighten us ....

The NPFA advises that a local equipped play area should be at least 20 m from the windows of the nearest dwelling and at least 10 m from the property boundary.
